Acquisitions Director
I lead our team of home buying specialists at Your Choice Home Buyer. A lot of the homeowners who come to us are looking for something other than a traditional sale, and my job is working with them to figure out what option actually fits their situation. I make sure our team takes the time to understand what each person needs and gives them a straight answer on how we can help.
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
I was born and raised right here in Indianapolis. I run operations at Your Choice Home Buyer, which means once a seller signs with us, I’m the one making sure the deal actually gets to the closing table. Title, paperwork, scheduling, all the small stuff that can hold a closing up. I keep an eye on all of it.
To me a good deal is one where the family selling the house ends up in a better spot than when they first called us. That’s the part I care about most.

When I’m not working I’m usually at the gym or planning my next trip.
Client Relations Manager
If you call us, there’s a good chance I’m the one who picks up. I served in the Marine Corps and then spent five years managing sales for roofing and construction companies, so I’ve been in a lot of houses and talked with a lot of homeowners. I’ll be the first person you talk to here and I’ll stay in touch with you all the way through closing. Whatever’s going on with the house, we’ll figure out a plan that makes sense for you.

Away from work you’ll find me rock climbing, hiking or camping.
Administrative and Transaction Coordinator
I actually trained as a biologist before I switched careers about six years ago. Turns out I really like this kind of work, keeping contracts, deadlines and paperwork organized so the closing goes the way it should. Once you’re under contract with us, I’m tracking every date and document until the day you close, and I’ll keep you updated so you’re never guessing where things stand.

I’m an introvert at heart. On my days off I’m usually doing a movie marathon, going on a picnic, or spending time with my two kids.
Operations and Disposition Assistant
I came into real estate from customer support and team leadership, and a lot of that carries over. Most of my day is spent keeping our processes organized and supporting the team behind the scenes so things move quickly for the homeowners we work with. I’m still learning something new about this business every week, which is a big part of why I like it.
Off the clock
Outside of work I love cooking and watching TV. I also enjoy traveling and going on long drives with friends and family. Learning to swim is next on my list.
CRM and Lead Management Assistant
Before real estate I was a licensed teacher for six years. These days I manage our CRM, which is the system that keeps track of every homeowner who reaches out to us, so I make sure everyone who calls or fills out a form actually gets a call back. I also handle our follow up messages and a lot of the day to day operations work.

When I’m off I’m usually at home watching Netflix or on a road trip with my family.
Real Estate Data Analyst
I’m the numbers person on our team. Before we make an offer on a house, I look at what similar homes nearby have sold for and what the repairs would realistically cost. I also help with walkthroughs and pricing. I spent five years in project management before this, which helps a lot when a deal has a bunch of moving pieces.

In my free time I play badminton and chess.
